Projects of Any Scale
In 2019, our multifamily installation services provided over 470,000 square feet of installation in common areas, including a New York Community totaling 35,000 square feet of common areas alone.
We have installed hundreds of projects which have aided in our ability to continually perfect our processes and procedures and expand our service offerings to provide a product that is essential to our clients needs during the multifamily furniture installation process.

Receiving and Inspection
Our clients are encouraged to ship items directly to our facility where we inspect and care for them in a professional manner. Whether your project is a small apartment or a large hotel, we have the warehouse space to receive and store all your procured items.
Depending on the client’s needs and the type of product received, inspections range from examining the condition of the exterior packaging to completely unpacking and thoroughly inspecting each individual item. The level of inspection will be discussed and agreed upon with our clients at the beginning of each project to insure your multifamily furniture installation services fit your project needs.
Storage
Our 30,000 square foot facility is operated by an experienced team who understands the proper handling and storage of furnishings, artwork, accessories, and like items and how to safely maintain them.
We also understand that project completion schedules are sometimes delayed. We have the flexibility and space to accommodate those unforeseen changes.
Nationwide Shipping and Logistics
We offer local pickups, deliveries, and residential and commercial transfers within the DFW area and across the country. We own and operate our very own delivery vehicles and we also partner with trusted shipping companies to handle transporting trailer loads of furnishings and like items that we ship across the country. Our vehicles are always operated by our experienced dependable drivers.
Installation
Each delivery is managed on-site by an experienced Installation Manager or a Lead Installation Specialist, and an installation team. Our Installation Managers will ensure all items are unloaded at the project site in the same condition they were loaded. If any issues arise during a project installation, the Installation Manager or Lead Installation Specialist will be well equipped with resources, training, and support required to determine satisfactory solutions to meet and likely exceed all expectations.
