Having the ability to receive items in advance of the installation also allows for team members to get eyes on the product and inspect it for damages that were incurred before arriving in our facilities. Items can be refused on arrival or sent back to the manufacturers so replacements can come in before installation day, cutting down on the total punch list items, getting projects closer to completion sooner rather than later. DESI also takes the opportunity provided by warehousing FF&E items to prepare for the installation in advance. Items are organized and shipped to their destination accordingly so that the unloading on the other end runs smoothly.
